Apologies that this post is so very late! Between the dogs and the horse time seems to slip right by without me noticing! I thought it was about time I posted a little about our trip to Crufts in March 2017 - my third Crufts, the the show I finally walked away with the Ribbon of my dreams!

Ruth was in Limit Bitch this year having won her way out of Post Graduate last year, I had her grooming looking fab! We did the breed Discover Dogs Stand on the Friday, took Saturday off to prepare then went to show on Sunday. After a day long mad dash, I had also managed to find myself a new suit - a must for any Crufts visit! Our judge was Mr R Allen, someone we had not gone under before. There were four in our class.

As per usual Ruth showed her socks off (with Penny, her Daughter, watching from the side lines). And we walked away with my first ever Crufts Red Rosette and First place! We also entered the Welsh Terrier Good Citizens class and took 1st in this as well, doubling my rosette haul.

All in all a very sucsessful weekend! I have framed my cards and rosettes and given them pride of place in the living room. Only three years prior the dream was just to make it to Crufts in the first place, now Ruth has qualified for life with her RBCC (Sept 2015) and I even have a 1st at Crufts to go with it!
